When you contact Extraordinary Escapes, one of our experienced Consultants will discuss your holiday requirements with you in detail. Your Consultant will identify the resorts that will best meet your needs and send you our electronic brochures (“E-Brochures”) for you to consider.
Extraordinary Escapes has an individual E-Brochure dedicated to an entire resort, providing you with pages of pictures just for that resort. We have also created Specialty E-Brochures for family holidays, luxury escapes, weddings and surfing holidays. These Specialty E-Brochures use photos from our Consultants’ personal visits to the Maldives with the aim to provide our clients with an insight into what a holiday to a particular resort would really be like.
Your Consultant will then provide you with a detailed Quote. As Extraordinary Escapes is a leading Wholesaler, many of the resorts have provided us with exclusive specials that no other company has. In addition to this, we will always take the time to check our prices against online booking engines to ensure that we are providing our clients with the best price available. We are confident that our pricing will always be the best.
When you have selected your resort, your Consultant will check availability and once confirmed, you will be issued with an Extraordinary Escapes invoice and a 10% deposit will be required to secure the reservation. The resort will then issue a confirmation number and your Consultant will add this to your invoice as proof of the reservation. Your Consultant will discuss room location with you and make any special requests with the resort that you would like. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your departure.
Extraordinary Escapes prides itself on the exemplary service we offer our clients. As part of this dedication to service, once your booking is confirmed, you will be sent an email welcoming you to use our ‘Manage My Booking’ feature. This is a completely unique service we offer our clients designed to enhance your luxury holiday experience. The ‘Manage My Booking’ feature can be accessed by clicking on the link on the top right hand corner of the home page. ‘Manage My Booking’ provides you with access to our online Library, housing a collection of documents relevant to your holiday, such as spa menus, food menus and excursion menus.
Within the ‘Manage My Booking’ Library for each resort, there is a document designed by Extraordinary Escapes for you to complete, with any additional reservations that you would like us to book for you in advance. This document will outline any dinners or activities that we advise should be pre-booked in order to ensure availability.
Once all aspects of your holiday have been arranged, your Consultant will prepare your Extraordinary Escapes Itinerary that will outline every detail of your booking, including any additional reservations made or special requests. It will also include useful information on travelling to the Maldives such as power sockets, currency, dress code for the resorts and information on passports and visas.
Your Itinerary will be emailed to you and your Consultant will reconfirm every detail of your booking with the resort to ensure that everything is in order. While you are away, we do have a phone number to contact if you need anything. When you return from your holiday, your Consultant will send you an email welcoming you home!
